About the space
Spring Place is New York's premier private members club for the global creative and entrepreneurial elite — occupying 64,000 square feet across three floors within Spring Studios in Tribeca. The same building hosts New York Fashion Week, the Tribeca Film Festival, and the Independent Art Fair.
Founded in 2016, Spring Place was built on a simple idea: bring together the people who are shaping culture, business, and the world — and give them a space that matches their ambition. It is the natural physical home for Maia's New York community.

Spring Place was co-founded in 2016 by Alessandro Cajrati Crivelli — Maia's co-founder and partnership lead. This is not a commercial arrangement. It is a natural alignment between two communities built on the same conviction: that exceptional founders, creators, and operators across fields deserve a space — and a network — built for what they're doing next. Spring Place is Maia's founding East Coast partner for exactly that reason.
